Masseria La Torre is a farm and forest teaching recognized by the Apulia Region in 2010.
It aims to raise awareness of farming and the cycle of the crops, preparing food and agribusiness production processes , the importance of soil and water, plant and animal life , and manual skills the skills of the operator of the rural world and the environmental role of ' agriculture. This is also in order to train citizens for consumer awareness and an active approach to safeguarding the environment .
The Offer Teaching is modulated and adapted to the age of the visitors , and is provided for the distribution of information . The costs are modest and modulated as a function of time and the services required.

The harvest in the farm
In the Masseria La Torre there are 2 acres of very valuable and ancient vine: the aleatic of Puglia. A vine much appreciated by connoisseurs for the production of fine dessert wines and fortified wines.
THE MUSEUM OF CIVILIZATION 'FARMER OF GEOLOGY AND FOSSIL
In the farm there are many old tools and farm implements as well as a collection of fossils and artifacts of local geology.
